Does Propper replace AppFolio? +

No. AppFolio remains your system of record. Propper reads from it and writes work back to places you already use — your email drafts folder, your task lists, your phone. Your AppFolio workflows don't change.

What does Propper send on my behalf? +

Nothing, unless you ask. Every email sits as a draft for you to review. Every dispatch to a vendor is queued for your approval. We're an advisor, not an autopilot.

How does it learn my voice? +

On connect, Propper reads 12 months of your sent mail to model how you write to different kinds of counterparts — tenants, vendors, brokers, lenders. Drafts adapt to the recipient.

What data leaves my control? +

All data is tenant-isolated. We don't train shared models on your portfolio. Your emails, leases, and financials are not used to improve anyone else's Propper.
